Silence and meditation have been proven to have beneficial effects on our brain activities, cal and reduce stress, and improve memories, social skills y decision making. 

To notice the benefits of meditation you must train the brain in a consistent way.  You will need patience, but here I will teach you the basics of meditation, some of the amazing health benefits it has, and tips on how to start practicing meditation along with my favorite guided meditation playlists.
