The way we breathe can modify our lifestyle. Breath is something that we can control, however, we don't pay attention to it and allow it to control us. Our emotions and physical state change our breath, so we learn to control our breath, then we can control and connect better with our emotions and feelings.
Once you dominate your breathing, you will be capable to utilize this practice to help you in difficult moments. You will learn not to just change some situations but to accept them and move on. That is what you are going to learn in this workshop, how breath and emotion works, and how you can start controlling it, to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your emotions.
