Ingredients:


  • 3/4 cup of avocado oil

  • 1 1/2 tbsp chickpea flour

  • 1 1/2 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 tbsp mustard

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


Directions:

  • Mix the chickpea flour with the water and whisk until well combined.

  • Add chickpea mix, with the mustard, lemon juice, and salt on a food processor.

  • Turn on the food processor and drizzle in the oil very slowly.

  • Keep mixing until the mixture has a mayonnaise look like consistency.

  • Enjoy!
