3/4 cup of avocado oil
1 1/2 tbsp chickpea flour
1 1/2 tbsp water
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/4 tsp sea salt
Mix the chickpea flour with the water and whisk until well combined.
Add chickpea mix, with the mustard, lemon juice, and salt on a food processor.
Turn on the food processor and drizzle in the oil very slowly.
Keep mixing until the mixture has a mayonnaise look like consistency.
