Quick, easy, and tasty dressing for any salad.
1/2 cup cashews, soaked overnight
1/3 cup of water
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of fresh parsley
1 tbsp of fresh chives
1 tsp of dried dill
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Add all the ingredients, except the fresh herbs (parsley and chives )on a blender.
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Now add the fresh herbs and mix with a whisk or pulse on the blender.
Chill the dressing for an hour then refrigerate or enjoy.
