Roasted Garlic Marinade

  • 1 bulb of roasted garlic, smashed

  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp of rosemary, chopped

  • 1 1/2 tsp of sage, chopped

  • 1 tsp of thyme, chopped

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper


  • On a small bowl, add all the ingredients and which until well combined.

  • Rub the marinade on the veggies that you want to cook, and sit for at least 1 hour. However, it will be better to leave for 24 hours or overnight to an enhanced flavor on your veggies.
