1 bulb of roasted garlic, smashed
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp of rosemary, chopped
1 1/2 tsp of sage, chopped
1 tsp of thyme, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
On a small bowl, add all the ingredients and which until well combined.
Rub the marinade on the veggies that you want to cook, and sit for at least 1 hour. However, it will be better to leave for 24 hours or overnight to an enhanced flavor on your veggies.
