1/4 cup of ground chili (a pinch of paprika also works)
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp cayenne (you can also adjust to heat preference, I personally not a big fan so I use less)
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.
