1 cup ground mustard
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp sea salt
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
Cover and let sit overnight at room temperature. The longer it sits the mellower it will be.
