2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup of coconut sugar
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp arrowroot powder
3 tbsp warm water
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp ginger, grated
In a medium saucepan add all the liquid ingredients, except for the water, and bring to a soft boil.
On a small bowl, whisk together the arrowroot and the water.
Add the arrowroot mixture to the sauce on the stove and stir until the sauce thickens.
Reduce the heat to simmer and simmer until the sauce is reduced and thick.
Now you can add your stir fry, veggies, or whatever you want to use the sauce for.
Note: As the sauce gets cool, it will thicken considerably, try to use it at the moment or warm down to lose it a little and use as desired.
